JCM is a boutique advisory firm with both Local and Global capabilities. We work with a small carefully selected client roster to ensure we don't have conflicts of interest and will not provide the same services to more than one organisation of a similar type in the same geographic area. Recent clients our team have worked with include the leadership teams of Global Top 5 Professional Services firms, through to the CEO, HRD, FD, COO's of companies of all sizes and maturity operating in the B2B, B2C and services industries.

We have worked in 38 different global geographies, but we are equally at home working round the corner with a new local business start-up.

For larger or specialist projects, such as Diversity, we have a network of trusted associates and associated companies with whom we have worked with for many years and know provide our level of service to our clients.

We invest in businesses and entrepreneurs who we feel are making a difference to their chosen industry, and those investments range of technology businesses through to media and entertainment sector.

JAMES CRAWLEY - CO-FOUNDER

James started his professional life as an officer in the Royal Navy Submarine Service.  Moving into industry over two decades ago, he started specialising in people related business in the Talent Management and Executive Search space, before moving into a more consulting focussed role.  He works with some of the worlds largest firms, through the world's smallest.  

An Author and speaker, who has a No1 Amazon Best Seller  to his name, James likes nothing more than to help companies improve their team by empowering their team and improving their employer brand.

An experienced Consultant & Director, with a progressive career working for both private equity backed and public companies.
